　　大巴山总店“移师”衡阳后，新增了不少菜式品种，其中一款“衡阳土鸡入美味汤锅”是极受食客追捧的新菜。

　　冬季天气寒冷，人体需要补充大量的能量和营养，因此，大巴山的美味汤锅又毫无疑问地成为了这个季节美食享受的一道靓丽风景线。俗话说“逢九一只鸡，来年好身体”，在这三九冰寒的日子里，经常吃鸡进行滋补，不仅可以更好地抵御寒冷，还可为来年的健康打下坚实的基础。鸡肉的药用价值很大，民间有“济世良药”的美称。中医认为鸡肉具有温中益气、补精填髓、益五脏、补虚损的功效，可用于脾胃气虚、阳虚引起的乏力、胃脘隐痛、浮肿、产后乳少、虚弱头晕的调补，对于肾精不足所致的小便频数、耳聋、精少精冷等症也有很好的辅助疗效。冬季是感冒流行的季节，对健康人而言，多喝些鸡汤可提高自身免疫力，将流感病毒拒之门外；对于那些已被流感病毒“俘虏”的患者而言，多喝点鸡汤有助于缓解感冒引起的鼻塞、咳嗽等症状。美国的最新研究表明，鸡汤能帮助人赶走流感，因为它可以将病毒排出体外。

　　大巴山美味汤锅城的主厨还要特别提醒广大食客，用鸡肉进补时需注意雌雄两性作用有别：雄性鸡肉，其性属阳，温补作用较强，比较适合阳虚气弱患者食用；雌性鸡肉属阴，比较适合产妇、年老体弱及久病体虚者食用。同时鸡肉进补也并非人人皆宜。鸡肉含有丰富的蛋白质，为了避免加重肾脏负担，尿毒症患者禁食；鸡肉性温，为了避免助热，高烧患者及胃热嘈杂患者禁食；鸡肉中磷的含量较高，为了避免影响铁剂的吸收，服用铁剂时暂不要食用鸡肉。最后需要提醒大家的是鸡的臀尖是细菌、病毒及致癌物质的“仓库”，绝忌食用。
