  要想做到“吃的正确”,那可不是很容易的。很多人都有这样一种想法:我身体很好,没病,一直是想吃什么就吃什么,要吃多少就吃多少。其实在“吃”的方面存在很多隐患。为了您的身体健康,还需有规律的打理平日的饮食。只需要考虑能从长远意义上增进我们的健康饮食方法,就可以了。

  1、养成饮食清淡的良好习惯。我国营养学家建议,以3口一家为标准,吃盐最好不要超过500克。

  2、每天喝一瓶牛奶,尤其是在上午9时左右补充鲜牛奶最为理想(一般200克左右)。

  3、每天吃一个鸡蛋。

  4、每周至少吃一顿海鲜。

  5、最好用鸡肉,鸭肉代替猪肉。

  6、多食豆类。

  7、每天要吃蔬菜。

  8、菌菇类食物平时要经常吃。

  9、在吃菜喝酒的同时,主食一定要吃饱。
