  对于这种“季节性少食症”,专家指出,夏季是一年中人体代谢最旺盛的季节,可以吃得清淡些,但绝不能忽视膳食的均衡和全面营养。

  不全吃素,适当清补

  天气越来越热,很多人对鱼肉避而远之,只吃清淡的食物。其实,夏日的健康食谱里,蔬菜水果、鸡鸭鱼肉、粗粮细粮、鸡蛋豆奶,一样也不能少。夏季是一年中人体代谢最旺盛的季节,也是蛋白质消耗量最大的季节,如果只注重蔬菜水果的摄入,而不及时补充蛋白质,会导致人体体质下降,容易感染疾病。

  在高温环境下,人体内蛋白质代谢加快,能量消耗增多,因此蛋白质的供应必须酌量增加,每日的摄入量以100-120克为宜,且要求一半以上为鱼类、瘦肉、鸡肉、蛋、奶和豆制品等优质蛋白质,以满足盛夏机体代谢的需求。

  同时,为增进食欲,在饮食制作方面应力求烹调清淡,注意花色品种的增加和变化。比如,爱吃肉的不妨试试清炖,爱吃鱼的可以试试清蒸,这样可以降低油腻感。适当加入蒜、姜、芥末等作料,也能起到“开胃剂”的作用。

  此外,夏季人体对糖分和热量的需求也较大,粮食进入人体后可转化为葡萄糖,是人体糖分的主要来源,因此保证粮食的摄入很重要。应注意细粮和粗粮的适当搭配,稀食与干食的合理安排,一般每周应吃三餐粗粮,如玉米、全麦食品和糙米等。

  在饮食滋补方面,热天以清补、健脾、祛暑化湿为原则。燥热之品不宜食用,而应选择具有清淡滋阴功效的食品,如鸭肉、虾、鲫鱼、瘦肉、香菇、银耳、薏米等。经合理烹调,可做成多种美味佳肴,不仅能增进食欲、补充营养,还能消暑健身。

 

  不怕吃“苦”,适量吃“醋”

  夏季气温高、湿度大,往往使人精神萎靡、倦怠乏力。而苦味蔬菜中所含有的生物碱具有消暑清热、促进血液循环、舒张血管等药理作用。此外,苦味蔬菜中还含有丰富的氨基酸、苦味素、维生素以及矿物质,具有消暑、退热、除烦、提神和健胃等功能。因此,热天适当吃些苦味食品,不仅能清心除烦、醒脑提神,还能增进食欲、健脾利胃。苦瓜、苦菜、莴笋、芹菜、蒲公英、莲子、百合等都是可供选择的苦味佳品。

  此外,茶叶、咖啡等苦味食品亦可酌情选用。需要注意的是,食用苦味食品不宜过量,否则可能引起恶心、呕吐等症状。

  夏季也是病菌滋生、肠道传染性疾病多发的季节,这时多吃些大蒜、洋葱、韭菜、大葱、香葱、青蒜、蒜苗等具有杀菌作用的蔬菜,可预防胃肠等消化道疾病的发生。生姜可促进食物的消化吸收,使血流加快、毛孔张开、汗液排泄通畅,对防暑也有一定好处。

  另外,天热出汗多,多吃点醋,能提高胃酸浓度,帮助消化和吸收,促进食欲。醋还有很强的抑制细菌能力,短时间内即可杀死化脓性葡萄球菌,对伤寒、痢疾等肠道传染病有预防作用。
