够80人饱餐的特大肉包子

　　经过10多个小时准备，昨日下午3时许，直径2尺8重达40斤的特大鲜肉包终于出笼了。这个光肉馅就花去了12斤精肉的特大鲜肉包，让在场的数十位路人饱足了眼福和口福，包子的主人周明勇告诉记者：这个特大的鲜肉包，足足可以够80个人饱餐。

要三个人抬特大鲜肉包重40斤

周明勇的母亲告诉记者，为了做这个特大的鲜肉包，周明勇从昨天早上就开始忙开了，由于包子太大，光和面就要三个人参与。为了让这个包子做成功，周明勇还专门请来了他的师傅帮忙。中午1时许，周明勇和师傅将20多斤面粉倒在案板上开始和面，然后直接将巨大的面团放进直径达约一米的特制蒸笼里。最后将12斤鲜肉馅分成两成包进面团里，直到彻底将一个接近蒸笼大小的包子在蒸笼里做成后，他们足足就耗去了半小时，至于很多细节，师徒俩认为是绝招，不向记者透露。

下午两时许，特制的大锅和蒸笼运到了包子店，周明勇的母亲先将28块煤球放进特制的炉灶里后，三个人将蒸笼抬上灶台，2时30分，准时生火。为了让火候足够，他们还在炉灶下放了一台风(专题，图库)扇。

扯路人眼睛半小时蒸熟鲜肉包

周明勇的师傅告诉记者，徒弟能做出做这样大的一个鲜肉包，他也感到意外，为做这个包子，他们还专门定制了蒸笼和炉灶。“这个包子蒸熟后，足足有40斤重，单面粉就要了20多斤，加上10斤精肉和2斤调料，整个包子的成本也上百元”“基尼斯”“基尼斯”徐师傅说。

同时，由于市场上很难买到这么大的蒸笼，他们只得专门赶制了一个直径近一米的特大蒸笼。将其蒸熟的难度也相当大，因为包子太大，如果透不了气，里面的馅则很难蒸熟，但是如果和面太稀，整个包子还没有等到出笼就烂了。他认为17岁的徒弟周明勇能够做出这么的包子真的是个奇迹。 3时零5分，蒸笼盖子打开，扑鼻的清香顿时四散，重达40斤的一个鲜肉包摆在了人们面前，因为包子太大，不能从蒸笼里取出，只得连着蒸笼抬到了桌子上。听说做了一个重达40斤的鲜肉包子，附近数十个老人小孩蜂拥过来看稀奇，当看着如此大一个包子摆在面前，所有人都像灯泡一样瞪圆了眼睛。

猛吃十分钟 40个人没吃到一半

“是不是真的面粉做的包子哟，这么大啊？”一位80岁的老太太看着这么大的包子，似乎不相信自己眼睛，用指头在包子上按了又按，看着包子里露出的鲜肉馅直流口水。“大家都来尝尝吧，80个人也吃不完这个包子”周明勇说。听说可以免费吃“世界最大的包子”，几十双筷子动了起来。周明勇统计了一下，现场参与吃包子的人至少有40人以上，但是这些人吃了足足十多分钟，还没有吃到包子的四分之一。

周明勇告诉记者，他做这个“特大”包子，没有任何目的，只是想试试自己手艺，同时让周围的顾客品尝一下。现在既然已经做成功，他想申请“基尼斯”“基尼斯”记录。如果成都有百案厨师也能做出这么大的包子来，他欢迎到他铺子上和他切磋。
