　　环球在线消息：英国《独立报》23日评出了英国10大顶级“富豪厨师”，每位身价都在200万英镑以上。无论是个性还是烹饪手法，每人都有鲜明的特色。

　　可以说，厨师也是英国社会的名流，成为令人羡慕的职业。这些著名的厨师，到处出现在各种电视节目中，有时还与政要与影视明星出席名流宴会。他们同样是明星，而且都是百万富豪乃至千万富翁。

　　现选取其中较有特色和代表性的五位以“飨”读者。

　　“顶级厨神”戈登·拉姆齐

　　39岁排名：第一身价：6700万英镑

　　出生于格拉斯哥的戈登·拉姆齐堪称英国乃至世界的顶级厨神，因其在各种名人烹饪节目的粗鲁与严格，以及追求完美的风格，而被媒体称为“地狱厨师”。

　　拉姆齐曾是一名足球运动员，15岁时因膝盖受伤被迫结束运动员生涯。凭借天分与不屈的努力醉心研究厨艺，入厨20年来他成为唯一一位获得米其林七星级的厨师。1998年，他开始电视主持生涯，他所主持的各种烹饪节目风靡欧美。如今，他拥有9间餐厅，著有烹饪书籍数十部。

　　16岁离开学校后，奥利弗先后到英国和欧洲著名的餐厅工作。1996年~1999年，奥利弗在伦敦负有盛名的“河畔咖啡餐厅”工作3年。通过偶然的机会，电视节目中出现了他做菜的镜头。之后，他接受电视台的邀请，制作了自己的第一期烹饪节目——《裸体厨师》。通过该节目，各国观众看到了一个喋喋不休、疯疯癫癫的厨师形象。

　　成为电视明星后，奥利弗开始进军出版界，他撰写的几本烹饪书在全球热销。他所创办的非盈利性餐厅——“十五”成为代表其慈善形象的重要品牌。通过节目出名的奥利弗，每年出镜收入高达数百万英镑，其书籍被翻译成21国文字；他还拥有自己的节目制作公司，以及18家私人企业与餐具品牌。

　　从20世纪70年代就红火的迪莉亚·史密斯，目前依然在烹饪界占有一席之地。英文词典中有一个专门词目（Do a Delia），专指用迪莉亚的菜谱来做菜。

　　1973年，迪莉亚在BBC的做菜节目《家庭美食》开播，致力于教授家庭用最简易的方法烹制菜肴。她的菜肴朴实富有家庭气息，步骤简单。她的理念很简单，就是让所有的人更有自信地制作美食，让所有的人都愿呆在家里做饭吃，而不是吃快餐等垃圾食品。之后，迪莉亚推出《如何烹饪》系列书籍，销售量达1800万册。

　　如果说杰米·奥利弗电视厨艺代表的是轻松、愉快的生活态度的话；那么，奈杰尔·劳森所主持的厨艺节目，则完全是一种视觉享受。

　　电视镜头前的劳森非常漂亮，也非常爱吃，做菜随手拈来，创意丰富，从不介意把正在做着的巧克力蛋糕，双眼发光地塞进口里。

　　劳森出身极佳，父亲曾是撒切尔夫人当政时的財政大臣，她在牛津大学毕业，当过杂志的文学编辑。由于丈夫因癌症过世，她曾自己带两个孩子生活，一度是单亲母亲的典范，目前已再婚。有批评者曾提到，由于她的美貌，在她做烹饪节目时，很多人都时刻盯着她看，而不是学习烹饪。她没有自己的餐厅。
