鲁智深原来是美食家

　　中国人爱吃，许许多多的美食传统实际上就是在文字传世后得以发扬光大的。就四大名著来说，《红楼梦》快被别人研究烂了，《西游记》是最不配列在四大名著之中的，除了怪力乱神的想像力丰富一点以外，几乎乏善可陈，那四个男人还不如今天的F4生动，没有一点作为“人”的生活元素，无欲无求一心干革命，和文革的样板戏差不多。另有一种说法是四大名著中原是有《金瓶梅》的，因为众所周知的原因被《西游记》顶替了。虽然把《三国演义》看了不下二十遍，但这究终是写给男人看的书，重视了“大历史”却疏忽了生活写实，大概只能当成在复杂社会斗争中安身立命的“工具书”。

最后就要提《水浒》了，金圣叹把这本书称为“第五才子书”，认真翻来看，那帮好汉的性格描写活灵活现，有的还可以算得上是美食家。

比如鲁智深，其人绰号“花和尚”，怎么个花法大有学问，刚一出场就是拉了史进等人下馆子，然后听歌听出事情来，在拳打镇关西之前，鲁智深先诱使镇关西剁了十斤精肉和十斤肥肉，这固然是事先消耗镇关西体力的阴谋，但香港作家杜杜一眼就看出那正是做“扬州狮子头”的上好材料，可见鲁智深是有美食功底的。

出了人命案子后，用香港电影的话来说，鲁智深就开始跑路了，最后当了和尚，但刚进五台山时，哪里吃得惯那些素斋菜？果然没几天就开始发牢骚，“嘴里面淡出个鸟来”，于是就要下山找美食，在镇上鲁智深让餐馆老板将狗肉用白水煮了蘸蒜泥吃。我的天，这不正是“水晶白切狗”吗！我个人认为这是吃狗肉最高明的吃法，狗肉也称为“香肉”，倘若加与浓油赤酱，不免尽夺狗肉香味，鲁智深厉害啊！

《水浒》中鲁智深每次出场都要吃一顿，包括后来野猪林救了林冲，马上找馆子吃一顿；单打二龙山之前，也要和青面兽在饭桌上先谈谈工作；在桃花村收拾小霸王周通前，要求也仅仅是吃顿好的。王怡还研究出一点，鲁智深一听说林冲娘子死了，以后就滴酒不沾，说明鲁智深心中还是一直偷偷暗恋着林冲娘子的。美食家都会好点色，鲁智深也不能免俗，不过这回好色好得有点出轨。
