提醒：消费者不要迷信“营养蛋”

　　1月2日，记者走访长沙市荷花池集贸市场、家乐福超市、德雅村农贸市场和马家冲小区菜市场，发现不少消费者对一种“营养蛋”特别青睐。专家提醒，普通鲜鸡蛋就可满足消费者的营养需求，不必迷信“营养蛋”，以免上当受骗。

　　时下市场上的“营养蛋”可以分为以下几类：对鸡蛋矿物质元素进行调控的鸡蛋，如高钙鸡蛋、高锌鸡蛋、高铁鸡蛋、高碘鸡蛋、高硒鸡蛋等；对鸡蛋脂肪酸组成进行调控的鸡蛋，如低胆固醇鸡蛋、高n-3脂肪酸鸡蛋、高共轭亚油酸鸡蛋等。一些“营养蛋”声称具有养颜嫩肤、保护视力、增强免疫力、促进生长等功效，对此湖南农业大学食品科学院副院长邓放明说：“鸡蛋的蛋白质含量和脂肪含量比较高，还含有维生素A、B、E等营养物质。这些营养物质，普通鸡蛋都有，但还没有研究证明特殊鸡蛋的营养价值比普通鲜鸡蛋高。市场上的一些特殊鸡蛋可能在饲料中加入了个别微量元素，比如高锌鸡蛋、高锰鸡蛋等，但并不因此具有特殊功能。同时，人体对微量元素的摄取量是有标准的，摄入过多还有可能中毒。”

　　还有一些企业在鸡饲料上动脑筋，宣称自己的鸡蛋是吃一级玉米的鸡下的蛋，但邓放明指出：“吃一级玉米的鸡下的蛋并不一定比吃三级玉米的鸡下的蛋营养价值高，饲料只是对下蛋的数量有影响。”

　　据邓放明介绍，现在国内对鸡蛋中的农药残余和重金属会进行测试，但对鸡蛋中常规的营养物质氨基酸、维生素以及其他微量元素则测得很少，国家也没有相关标准。所以，有些商家宣称的鸡蛋的营养优势，其实并没有得到相关部门的鉴定。
