今年中秋月饼价格小涨经销商纷纷摩拳擦掌

　　离中秋节还有一个多月，月饼经销商纷纷开始摩拳擦掌，各自打起推销牌，准备在中秋市场上抢得一席之地。
　　
　　记者采访了多家超市和品牌月饼生产商，获知今年中秋月饼的样品已经出笼，营销计划正在紧锣密鼓的制定当中，不过，对于消费者敏感的价格因素，多数商家表示变化不大，较之往年持平，仅部分月饼价格有小幅上涨。
　　
　　记者在家乐福、沃尔玛等超市食品区看到，苹果、水蜜桃、草莓、核桃仁等传统馅料月饼已经上柜，商场也为此设定了专门的月饼专柜，不过，专柜上占主角的还是散装月饼。
　　
　　家润多超市营运总监刘立坚预计月饼将在本月27日全面上市，价格不会有大的变动，低档和高档月饼的价格基本在10元-298元之间。
　　
　　物价的上涨显然也影响到月饼销售的价格。据一家蛋糕店的负责人介绍，年初以来，进口面粉、食用油、糖等月饼主要原料以及蛋黄、五仁、莲蓉等馅料价格普遍上涨了5%至10%，花生油的价格涨幅超过了20%，再加上劳动力和运输价格上涨等外围因素，直接影响了月饼生产成本。“相对于月饼原料价格上涨10%-20%来说，月饼出售价格的上扬幅度算是较小的”。
　　
　　不过多数月饼生产商一致认为，行业门槛是影响今年月饼价格走势的关键。稻香村月饼一工作人员告诉记者，今年月饼产品将实施QS认证制度，生产厂家需获得QS市场准入资格，才能生产月饼。今年将出台的《月饼馅料标准》也将对月饼馅料中的过氧化值、添加剂等作出新规定，这些都对月饼生产提出了更高的要求，也增加了厂家的成本。
　　
　　一方面是出于政策的限制，企业必须对月饼包装进行严控，另一方面，考虑到提价可能会影响销售，多数商家表示通过简化盒装月饼的包装才可化解成本上涨的压力。
　　
　　湖南省食品烘焙协会负责人分析认为，对月饼包装进行整顿后，月饼行业将逐渐走向理性。“月饼企业在包装上大做文章，不断制造噱头来炒作月饼的行为会逐渐淡出市场。现在，月饼行业陆续推出主题健康月饼，作为一种新的营销手段，既能获得消费者的支持，又很好地保护了中秋这一民间风俗。”
