长沙：蔬菜价格普遍上涨土豆高居销量榜首

　　持续的高温少雨天气不仅加剧了各地的旱情，同时也影响了蔬菜的生长和运输储存。昨日，记者从长沙市马王堆蔬菜批发市场了解到，各种蔬菜价格普遍上涨，其中土豆高居销量榜首。
　　
　　马王堆蔬菜批发市场是长沙市最大的蔬菜集散地，也是长沙蔬菜价格的风向标。据市场方介绍，进入伏天以来，由于长沙本地很多乡镇遭遇干旱，造成本地蔬菜上市数量大幅减少。而与此同时，一些外地叶类蔬菜因高温下不宜保存，无法给长沙蔬菜市场填补货源，因此造成了本地蔬菜价格大幅上涨。去年同期只卖两三毛一斤的大白菜，如今的价格翻了好几倍。与大白菜相比，其它蔬菜也是普遍涨价，往日市场内常见的大红椒如今难觅踪影，取代它的是少量外表并不美观的本地辣椒。因为没有辣椒货源，做蔬菜批发生意的孙先生只能接受源源不断从贵州等地运来的土豆，但他没想到，土豆因其极易保存的特点，现在的销量却是出奇地好。市场方介绍，进入7月以来，常年销售冠军辣椒已让出宝座，目前长沙的土豆风头盖过了辣椒，销量量跃居榜首。
　　
　　相关人士预测，高温天气如果持续不退，蔬菜价格也将难以回落，市民吃高价蔬菜的时间估计要持续到三伏以后。
